Psalm 30:5

If you are stuck in a place of not having laughter, first let me say that there is hope. The lack of laughter is just an indicator of the need for more laughter. I read somewhere that kids laugh some 400 times a day, do you? I look for things to laugh at so I can get at least to that level. Do this, ask yourself the question, “What was the last thing I laughed at?” If you need resources, search “dry bar comedy” and see how funny some of the stand up is. Laughing breaks off things, it lifts us up, changes our hum drum channel to smiles.
