If I have to believe, what you believe, for you to believe it, then you might want to consider what it is that you believe.

So many of us have been in this position where we are primed to agree either by pressure or maybe the direct question, “Do you agree?”

This happens in businesses where we are hired to do a job and then micromanaged to perform a particular way. This usually involves someone getting you to do something they are unable or unwilling to do themselves. It could be in a business meeting where the leaders are asking for participation or agreement on an idea. It could be at church where a leader asks for support to accomplish a task.

It’s important to know that the value is when we realize that our opinion has power. We can share our opinions anywhere, anytime, for any reason. I am not going to say it won’t cost you something but everything does at some point or another.

I heard someone say that agreement is the lowest form of unity. We have to make sure that when we agree it is internal first.
